日本語
特発性間質性肺炎と診断され外科的肺生検が実施された症例に関して、臨床検査所見（血液検査、生理学的検査）、胸部CT画像、肺病理標本を後ろ向きに収集し、臨床・画像・病理の統合データベースを構築する。
収集したIIPs症例において、呼吸器内科医、胸部放射線科医、肺病理医での総合的判断（MDD; multidisciplinary discussion）に基づいた診断を実施する。
MDD診断に基づいて、各疾患における臨床・画像・病理学的検討を行う。

The subjects were patients diagnosed as having IIPs with surgical lung biopsy. Clinical data, HRCT images and lung histological specimens were collected retrospectively, and develop integrated database including clinical, radiological and pathological data.
Multidisciplinary discussions (MDD) were performed by a clinician, radiologist, and pathologist to get final diagnoses using the database.
Clinical manifestation were analyzed in each disease based on MDD diagnosis.
