本研究は、名古屋大学医学部附属病院精神科・親と子どもの心療科で治療を受けている精神疾患の患者を対象として、排出物（唾液、糞便）の細菌叢および代謝産物、各種転写産物を検討し、探索的な評価を行うことを目的とする。

4.代謝産物（短鎖脂肪酸など）のメタボローム解析、および蛋白質の個別の解析（プロテオーム解析）

患者群は、多因子精神疾患を持つ者。対照群は、一般募集による健常成人。

Control group; healthy adult candidates.

未成年者、十分な判断能力のない者、意識のない者、病名に対する配慮が必要な者
