本研究では、被験者を増やして、従来の筋損傷マーカーである血中マーカーと、タイチンフラグメントの関係性を検討することで、本測定の妥当性・信頼性を明らかにすることを目的とした。

介入期間は1日とし、2～7日目までは観察期間となる。介入の内容は、10回3セットの伸張性収縮運動を行う。

The intervention period will be 1 day, and until the 2 to 7 day will be the observation duration. Contents of the intervention will work out 3 sets of eccentric contraction exercise 10 times.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.研究参加について本人から文書で同意が得られる者。
2.20～30歳の健康な男性。

1.Those who obtain written consent from the subject concerning research participation.
2.The 20 to 30 years old healthy male.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.過去半年の間に、定期的なトレーニングを行っている者。
2.本研究の遂行に障害となる傷病を有している者。
3.日常的にサプリメントや薬などの摂取をしている者。
4.試験開始の12週間以内に200ml以上の採血を経験した者。

1.Those who regularly conduct training during the past half year.
2.Those who has injury sickness which impedes the performance of this research.
3.Persons who are taking supplements, medicines, etc. on a daily basis.
4.Those who experienced blood collection of 200 ml or more within 12 weeks of the start of the study.
