本研究では、整順な月経周期をもつ被験者にエイコサペンタエン酸（EPA）高含有魚油を摂取させた際の酸化ストレス抑制効果を検証することを目的とする。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・婦人科系疾患のある者
・鎮痛剤の服用を必要とするほど月経随伴症状の重度な者
・イワシ・サバ等の青魚アレルギーを持つ者
・試験に影響が出ると判断される医薬品やサプリメントの服用者
・喫煙者
・研究責任者が本試験参加に適切でないと判断した者

/ gynecological diseases /the menstrual discomfort as serious as needing medication /fish such as sardine or mackerel allergies /administration of regular medication or supplements which affect this study / smoker /any reason in the opinion of the lead principal investigator not to be taken part in this study
