除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・炎症性腸疾患患者
・家族性大腸腺腫症
・1年後のサーベイランス大腸内視鏡検査を拒否した患者
・その他医師が本研究に不適と判断した患者

patients with a history of inflammatory bowel disease
familial adenomatous polyposis
patients who refuse to undergo endoscopic surveillance colonoscopy at 1 year after cold forceps polypectomy.

CFP後の瘢痕は特定困難なことがあるため、今回の研究では対象を周囲との位置関係を特定しやすい盲腸と直腸でのCFPと限定し、prospective studyにすることで、CFP後の局所再発率を明らかにすることができる。
