カテーテルアブレーションを受ける心房細動患者で超高密度マッピングシステムを用いた上大静脈マッピングを行う患者について解析する。上大静脈由来の心房細動が誘発された場合に、上大静脈隔離を行う。その際の技術的な成功/不成功、電気生理的初見、合併症について評価を行う。

Patients with atrial fibrillation who undergo high-resolution superior vena cava mapping during sinus rhythm after pulmonary vein isolation are enrolled. After the mapping, if initiation of atrial fibrillation from SVC is identified, SVC isolation is performed. We evaluate the outcome, the electrophysiological findings, and complications during SVC isolation.
