患者の自由呼吸下に呼吸ダイナミックCTを撮影し、従来の胸部CTでは検出困難である胸膜癒着（壁側胸膜と臓側胸膜間の癒着）の検出における診断能を検討する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
①肺癌等の理由により胸部外科にて手術を受ける予定の患者。
②術前の胸部CT検査が予定されている患者。
③成人の患者（20歳以上）。

英語
1. Patients who will receive surgical operation for thoracic diseases
2. Patients who will undergo chest CT for preoperative assessment
3. Patients who are at the age of 20 or older.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①未成年、または書面での同意が得られない又は撤回した患者。
②診療放射線技師による呼吸の指示に従えない患者。
③手術対象となる患側の胸腔内にドレナージチューブ等の人工物が挿入されている患者。
④心臓ペースメーカー等、強い画像アーチファクトを起こす金属製の医療機器が胸部に存在する患者。

1. Patients under 20 years-old or those who do not give written informed consent.
2. Patients who cannot follow breathing directions by radiologic technologists at scanning.
3. Patients who have any medical devices (i.e. chest tube) that are inserted in the observed pleural cavity.
4. Patients who have any metallic devices (i.e. pacemaker) in the thorax.
