胆汁うっ滞性肝疾患（原発性胆汁性胆管炎、原発性硬化性胆管炎、自己免疫性肝炎など）で患者血清、もしくは肝生検標本などより至適な試料を調製し、外来性遺伝子の検出を行い、疾患形成への関与を検討する

血清学的、組織学的な検査により胆汁性肝疾患と診断され、同意を得た成人症例

patients diagnosis with cholestatic liver diseases (PBC, PSC, AIH, etc) by serum with/without pathological examinations.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

他の要因が考慮される肝疾患（ウイルス性肝炎など）

Liver diseases caused by other factors such as hepatitis virus.
