日本語
在宅中心静脈栄養管理患者に対して予防的ELT(P-ELT)と治療的ELT(T-ELT)を併用したカテーテル関連血流感染症（CRBSI)治療を通じて、CRBSI感染率およびカテーテル入れ替えの頻度を評価し、予防的および治療的ELTの有用性について検討する。

1）CVCを留置して在宅静脈栄養管理を施行しているもの
2）日齢29以上のもの
3）シリコン製のCVC（Cook,BroviacまたはHickmanカテーテル）を留置されたもの
4）患児の保護者（20歳以上は本人）から本研究に参加することの同意が文書でえられたもの
※基礎疾患は問わない。

1) Patients with home parenteral nutrition inerting central venous catheter
2) Over 29 days old
3) Patients inserting tunneled silicon catheter(Cook,Broviac and Hickman)
4) Patients obtained cinsent by document from parents(patients over 20 years old)in this study
# Regardless of the underlying medical diseases

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）アルコールアレルギーの既往があるもの
2）活動性のカテーテル刺入部感染（皮下トンネル感染を含む）があるもの
3）CVCからの逆血が不可能なもの
4）社会的・宗教的・文化的にエタノールが使用できないもの
5）その他、担当医師が対象患者として不適格と判断したもの

1) Allergy or reaction to ethanol
2) Active infection of catheter inserting portion (including subcutaneous tunnel infection)
3) To be impossible of blood backflow from catheter
4) Patients restricted ethanol by social,religious or cultural reasons
5) Other patients ineligible for this study by doctor's judgment
