目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
乳酸の生理作用として、脂肪細胞におけるインスリンによるトリグリセリド蓄積作用が推測されている。また、糖尿病状態では血清乳酸値が増加することや、筋肉細胞での炎症惹起、肝臓での抗炎症作用が報告されているが、病態学的意義は未だ明らかではない。本研究では糖尿病患者における血清乳酸増加の病態生理学意義を明確とするために患者血清解析や体組成検査を含めた種々の因子との統計解析をおこなう。解析で得られた結果を、臨床のエビデンス発信による食事運動療法、糖尿病治療戦略および健康増進の新規アプローチの基盤とすることを目的とする。

As a physiological action of lactic acid, accumulating of triglyceride by insulin in adipocytes is presumed. In diabetic state, serum lactic acid level increases, inflammation in muscle cells and anti-inflammatory effect in the liver have been reported, however the pathological significance is not clear yet. In this study, in order to clarify the pathophysiology significance of serum lactate increase in diabetic patients, statistical analysis is performed with various factors including patient serum analysis and body composition test. The objective is to use the results obtained by analysis as the basis for diet exercise therapy, diabetes treatment strategy and new approach to health promotion through clinical evidence.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

糖尿病急性期治療中(糖尿病ケトアシドーシス、糖尿病性昏睡など)
1型糖尿病
脳心血管疾患の急性期(6ヶ月以内)
心不全(NYHA分類III～IV)
重度の腎機能障害（Ccr＜60）
重度の肝機能障害
