日本語
脳性麻痺の診断を受けた5歳から16歳未満の子どもを対象として、ホンダ歩行アシストを使用することによる歩行の変化を歩行機能評価、歩行分析、筋電図解析及びを用いて検証すること。

歩行速度（６m歩行時間）、歩行変動性、歩幅、単脚立脚時間とその対称性、筋活動パターン(両側の大腿直筋、半腱様筋、前脛骨筋、腓腹筋)

測定1日目において歩行アシストによる補助トルクを与えた状態でトレッドミル上での歩行練習を30秒間×10セット行う。
測定2日目において歩行アシストを装着した状態で補助トルクを与えない状態でのトレッドミル上での歩行練習を30秒間×10セット行う。

On the first day, subjects practice gait for 30seconds x 10times on the treadmill with robotic assist.
Then on the second day, although the subjects wear the robot on their body, they practice walking for 30seconds x 10times on the treadmill with no robotic assist.

測定1日目において歩行アシストを装着した状態で補助トルクを与えない状態でのトレッドミル上での歩行練習を30秒間×10セット行う。
測定2日目において歩行アシストによる補助トルクを与えた状態でトレッドミル上での歩行練習を30秒間×10セット行う。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1）Gross Motor Function Classification System I-IIIの脳性麻痺児
2）介助の有無を問わず500m程度の連続歩行が可能であるもの
3）歩行運動課題を実行するために十分な認知能力を有するもの
4) 腰幅が25cm以上のもの

1)Cerebral palsy(Gross Motor Function Classification System I-III)
2)able to walk continuously for about 500 meters without any help
3)able to understand experimental tasks to perform continuous walking
4)hip width over 25cm

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）歩行運動の妨げとなる痛みを伴う整形外科的疾患があるもの
2）歩行運動を制限する心肺機能の問題を有するもの
3）歩行運動を継続して行う課題理解が見込めないもの
4) 機器の仕様に対して著しく身体の形態が異なるもの
