都心部での大規模災害発生時に被災した従業員や帰宅困難者対応に取り組んでいるA自主防災組織の加盟企業の担当者らと協働し、災害急性期に従業員や帰宅困難者等が安全に安心して過ごせるよう、担当者らの災害対策への知識の習得や行動変容が起こり具体的に備えの内容が向上することを目的とする。

This study aims to improve the disaster-response related knowledge, behavior modification and develop practical preparation for receiving metropolitan evacuees of private companies in central Tokyo through the collaborative activities of a nursing researcher.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
ワークショップ実施後に評価を実施する。行動変容の評価については、James D. and Wendy K. Kirkpatrick（2016）の新4レベルアプローチを活用していく。評価は、学習者の1.Reaction、2.Learning、3.Behavior、4.Resultを指標する（James D. and Wendy K. Kirkpatrick，2016）。Kirkpatrick(2016)の既存の評価表を参考に、Numerical rating scaleでのスコア化や自由記述で評価を実施する。

It is evaluated after the workshop.Behavior modification will be evaluated along the 4 level approach of Kirkpatrick (2016). The indexes are 1.Reaction, 2.Learning,
3.Behavior and 4.Result of learners(James D. and Wendy K. Kirkpatrick,2016). It is evaluated by scoring in Numerical rating scale and a free description of the evaluation lists that referred to the existing lists of Kirkpatrick(2016).

主な結果/Results

本研究に参画する、A自主防災組織の加盟企業と協働し、「発災３日目を想定した一時滞在施設運営ゲーム」と「一時滞在施設における帰宅困難者の掌握方法の具体的検討」について取り組んだ。研究参加者は、『当事者意識の芽生えの段階』、『内省の段階』、『実践の段階』、『波及の段階』の4つの段階を経て変化した。また、看護職は、企業の災害対策を促進するために、災害時の生活や健康に関するイメージ化への支援、自己効力感を高める支援、近隣企業とのコミュニケーションへの支援等の支援や役割が可能であると示唆された。
