①壁細胞抗体陽性 ②ECL細胞過形成 (あるいはECM)と胃底腺の萎縮 ③450pg/ml以上の高ガストリン
のどれか一つを満たす。

治療方法：胃内視鏡的切除術80例, 胃全摘術7例, 胃前庭部切除術11例, 経過観察51例, その他19例

リンパ管侵襲：陽性8例 (7.8%), 陰性94例
脈管侵襲：陽性13例 (13.8%), 陰性100例
