化学放射線療法開始時に20歳以上の患者
化学放射線療法終了から本試験参加までの間、再発・転移のない患者
本試験への参加について、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

no recurrent of head and neck cancer
patients with consent by paper

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
頭頸部癌罹患前から嚥下障害が明らかであった患者
他の頭頸部癌や表在癌を除く食道癌の既往がある患者
局所麻酔にアレルギーのある患者
妊娠している、またはその可能性のある、または授乳中の患者
致死性不整脈や虚血性心疾患など重篤な心疾患の罹患または既往のある患者
B型肝炎ウイルスの罹患または既往があり、消化器内科医による評価・治療を受けていない患者
本試験の担当者が不適切と判断した患者

having a severe cardiovascular disease
uncontrolled hepatitis B virus
