選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1)非切除中下部悪性胆道閉塞を有する膵頭部癌症例
2) 4ヶ月以上の生存期間が期待できる症例=
(Karnofsky Performance Scale Index: (KPS)>60%)
3) 試験参加について十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた症例
4)ECOG Performance Status (PS) 0-3の症例

1) Patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer with distal malignant biliary obstruction.
2) Patients with predictable prognosis of more than 4 months.
3) Patients with written informed consent.
4) Patients with performance status 0-3.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 大量腹水貯留の症例
2) 他臓器に重篤な合併症をもつ症例 =ASA分類の3以上。
3) 内視鏡的アプローチ困難な症例
4) 十二指腸乳頭よりも肛門側の腸管の通過障害がある症例
5)抗血栓薬を休薬できない症例
6) その他、研究責任（分担）医師が被験者として不適切と判断した症例

1) Patients with massive ascites.
2) Patients with severely impaired organ function.
3) Patients for whom endoscopic biliary drainage is difficult.
4) Patients with duodenal obstruction.
5) Patients whose antithrombotic drugs cannot be stopped.
6) Patients considered ineligible for this study.
