目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
自然耐性を獲得しない鶏卵アレルギー患者を対象に、ビフィズス菌連日経口投与群とプラセボ（デキストリン）連日経口投与群に無作為割付する。その上で両群ともに同じプロトコルの経口免疫療法を実施し、2群の耐性獲得状況を比較し、ビフィズス菌の耐性誘導効果を検証することを目的とする。

Randomly allocate to hen's egg allergy patients who do not acquire natural tolerance to oral administration group of bifidobacteria daily and placebo (dextrin) daily oral administration group. In addition, the oral immunotherapy of the same protocol is carried out in both groups, and the situation of acquiring the tolerance of the two groups is compared, and the purpose is to verify the resistance inducing effect of Bifidobacterium.

・客観的指標（血液：好酸球数、総IgE，抗原特異的IgE(鶏卵:卵白･卵黄･オボムコイド)、抗原特異的IgG4（卵白、オボムコイド）、好塩基球刺激試験（OVM）の変化量、糞便：腸内細菌叢、カルプロテクチン、皮膚：プリックテスト）
・経口免疫療法に関する副反応率
・安全性評価（有害事象の発生率）

a)　明らかな鶏卵アレルギー患者
b)　研究開始時に5歳以上である患者
c)　本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人または代諾者の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

a) Obvious hen's egg allergic patients
b) Patients who are 5 years or older at the start of the study
c) After receiving sufficient explanation for the participation of this study, patients who obtained document consent with the free will of the patient himself or the substitute person with sufficient understanding

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

a)　コントロール不良のアトピー性皮膚炎または気管支喘息のもの
b)　循環器・脳神経・腎泌尿器・肝胆膵消化管などに重篤、もしくは研究に影響を与える可能性のある疾患を有するもの
c)　他の免疫療法を実施しているもの
d)　その他、試験責任（分担）医師が被検者として不適当と判断した患者
