選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.上部消化器がん
2.年齢が20歳以上、90歳以下
3.Performance status (PS)基準で1または2
4. 他のがん種に対する治療も含めて5年以内に化学療法、放射線療法、いずれの既往もない患者
5.経口摂取が可能

1.Histopathologically proven gastric cancer
2.20 years of age and older
90 yearrs of age and younger
3.ECOG performance status 0 or 1
4.No previous treatment (chemotherapy, radootherapy) for any cancer in recent 5 years
5.Patients who can take medecine orally

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.活動性の重複癌(同時性重複がんおよび無病期間が5年以内の異時性重複がん。ただし局所治療により治癒と判断されるCarcinoma in situ(上皮内癌)や粘膜内癌相当の病変は活動性の重複癌に含めない)、および多発癌を有する患者。
2.重篤な合併症(腸管麻痺、腸閉塞、間質性肺炎または肺繊維症、コントロールが困難な糖尿病、心不全、腎不全、肝不全など)を有する患者
3.全身的治療を要する感染症を有る

1.Synchronous or metachronous (within 5 years) malignancies other than carcinoma in situ or mucosal carcinoma, and multicentric cancer.
2.Patients with severe complication (intestinal paralysis, intestinal obstruction, interstitial pneumonitis, pulmonary fibrosis, severe diabetes, heart failure, renal failure, liver cirrhosis, liver failure, etc.).
3.Patients with infections.
