1.全身状態及び関節リウマチの治療の状況を調べる。

2.J-HAQ（日本語版Health Assessment Questionnaire）を実施する。

3.唾液を採取する。
　唾液pHの測定、口腔関連細菌検査および刺激時唾液量の測定の試料として、唾液を採取する。

4.口腔内を精査する
＜精査する項目＞
永久歯列のう蝕罹患状態の評価（DMFT指数）
プラーク付着状態の評価（O’LearyのPlaque Control Record）
歯周炎の進行度の評価（PI：Periodontal Index）
開口量の測定
口腔粘膜の水分測定
動揺度測定

5.口腔保健行動を調べる。

東京医科歯科大学歯学部附属病院に通院中の関節リウマチ患者からリクルートする。
また比較対象群として、一般歯科診療所に通院中の患者から口腔内に異常がない者をリクルートする。

Patient with rheumatoid arthritis visiting Tokyo Medical and Dental University Dental Hospital.

Patients who have no abnormality in the oral cavity visiting a general dental clinic.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
重篤な全身疾患を有し治療薬を服用している患者
肝炎、HIV等の感染症を有する患者

英語
Patients who have serious systemic illness and are taking medications.
Patients with infectious diseases such as hepatitis and HIV.
