（１）異物誤嚥をした人の場合
（２）緊急に医療処置を必要とする人の場合
（３）骨系統疾患、横隔膜疾患、高度な側弯症や胸郭の変形がある人

(2)patients who need for emergency treatment
(3)patients who has diseases of bone, diaphragm, lateral curvature or thoracic deformity
