ICG蛍光法を用いることで、今まで困難とされていた術中のナビゲーションが可能となり、画期的な新技術になると考えられる。本研究は肝切除術におけるICG蛍光法を用いた術中ナビゲーションの実践と評価を行うことを目標とする。

①同意取得時に年齢20歳以上で、本人の自由意志による文書同意が可能。
②組織学的あるいは臨床的に肝腫瘍と診断されている。
③肝腫瘍に対して肝切除予定である。
④肝腫瘍に対して初回治療例であるか否かは問わない。

3. Patients who are eligible for hepatectomy

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

以下のうち１つでも該当する患者は対象として除外する
① 明らかなヨードアレルギーを有する。
② その他、本試験の担当医師が不適当と判断した患者。
③ 手術前の肝機能検査で使用するICG試験でアレルギー症状を認めた患者。
