目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
セルタックPEAKという迅速フリーサイトメトリーの機械を用いて腫瘍組織の細胞の細胞周期の状態を定量評価し、これを臨床病理学的因子、治療効果、予後と比較し、新たなバイオマーカーを確立することを本研究の目標とする。

Quantitatively evaluate the cell cycle status of the tumor tissue cells using a rapid flow cytometric machine called Celltac PEAK and compare it with the clinicopathological factor, therapeutic effect, prognosis and establish a new biomarker As the aim of this research.

・ 内視鏡検査、手術の際に本検査に十分な組織量が得られなかった場合。
・ 本研究に関する同意が得られなかった場合。
