主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
外国人患者への対応の困難度については研修参加時に毎回調査し、修了時、その後1年以内について評価する（全15回以内）。外国人患者への対応の困難度は自由記述欄も含む、独自に作成した全15項目の尺度で困難度を1～6段階で評価する。

英語
The difficulty in accepting foreign patients will be measured at the time of every application for the training, when the series of training finished, and within 1 year after that (totally within 15 times). The difficulty in accepting foreign patients will be measured by using the original 1-6 point scale the researchers made which is composed of 15 questions, including free text writing.

選択基準：2018年4月から2020年3月の間に東京医科歯科大学医学部附属病院で実施する、医療機関で外国人患者対応をしている、あるいは今後対応するあるいは今後対応する可能性のある職員を対象とした「多文化対応研修」参加者のうち、研究参加に同意が得られた者。

Healthcare workers who attend the training of coping with diverse culture for health care workers who take care of foreign patients and who are going to take care of them at hospitals, which will be held at Tokyo Medical and Dental University Medical Hospital from April in 2018 to March in 2020.
