術前心電図において正常調律

Undergoing elective surgery for the treatment of intraperitoneal malignancy with laparotomy
Expected duration more than 6 hours.
Indication of invasive blood pressure monitoring.
Normal sinus rhythm.

全身麻酔下の開腹手術患者に対して目標指向型輸液管理を施行し、輸液負荷前後での自律神経活動度の変化と血行動態変化の相関関係を評価し、輸液負荷の適応条件としての自律神経活動度の有用性を検討する。
