主な結果/Results

本試験では前眼部光干渉断層計にて描出した術後6か月時点での濾過胞中央部の縦断面内に現れる水疱状変化の断面積をImageJにて計測し両群間で比較した。その結果、濾過胞内水疱断面積（平均値±標準偏差）は治療群が 31,075.3 ± 31,748.9 pixels、対照群が 39,337.2 ± 56,161.0 pixelsとなり両群間に有意差がみられなかった（P = 1.00, Mann-Whitney test）。

The results obtained were that the total area of cystic spaces in the bleb was 31,075.3 (SD, 31,748.9) pixels in the treatment group, and 39,337.2 (SD, 56,161.0) pixels in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference (P = 1.00, Mann-Whitney test).

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

日本語
通常の線維柱帯切除術の施行後翌日から5％トレハロース点眼液または生理食塩水を1日4回30日間点眼し、その後は弘前大学医学部附属病院眼科に定期受診する。
