精神障害者を対象に段階的な作業活動の達成によって自信を強化する作業療法介入が精神機能や自律神経機能に与える影響を評価することにより作業療法の有用性を検討することを目的とする。

本研究の対象者は，20歳以上で、精神障害があり，特定非営利活動法人の運営する施設に通所しているものとした。また、対象者は研究組織が立案した作業療法プログラムに参加できると施設長が判断した者で研究に同意を得たものとした。

The subject of this study was assumed to be over 20 years old, mentally disabled, and attending facilities operated by a specified nonprofit corporation. In addition, it was assumed that the person who was responsible for the facility judged that the subject could participate in the occupational therapy program formulated by the research organization, and agreed with the research.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

研究施設の施設長が参加できないと判断したもの。研究の同意が得られななかったもの。

主な結果/Results

介入群では，作業療法介入によって安心して作業活動に取り組めたことで，交感神経が抑制し，副交感神経が作用したと考えられる．介入群では，臺式簡易精神機能テストでは，乱数テストが有意に改善し，自己効力感も有意な改善を認めた．本研究の結果より，段階的な作業活動の達成を行い，自信を強化する作業療法介入によって，活動に対する不安は軽減し，副交感神経が優位に作用したと考えられる．

In the intervention group, sympathetic nerves suppressed and parasympathetic nerves were thought to have worked by having worked with confidence by occupational therapy intervention. In the intervention group, the random test was significantly improved and the self-efficacy was also significantly improved in the Takana simple mental function test. Based on the results of this study, it is considered that parasympathetic nerves acted dominantly by reducing the anxiety about the activity by the occupational therapy intervention which achieves gradual work activity and strengthens confidence.
