RSA施行時に疾患に応じて前方展開群と上方展開群にわけ、RSA中のMEPモニタリングにより末梢神経への影響を比較検討し、神経麻痺の予防を開発することである。

The purpose of the present study was to compare the incidence and patterns of intraoperative nerve injury between deltopectoral and anterosuperior surgical approaches performing the revese total shoulder arthroplasty, and to detect the predisposing factors of nerve injury.

日本整形外科学会リバース型人工肩関節全置換術ガイドラインを満たす患者で初回のリバース型人工肩関節置換術を予定している方

Patients met the guidelines for reverse total shoulder arthroplasty(RTSA) indications made by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association undergoing the primary RTSA.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
頭部外傷、脊椎領域の疾患や手術歴を要するもの。その他明らかな肩関節周辺の神経障害を有するもの。

英語
Patients who had history of brain trauma,previous surgery to the spine.
Patiens in whom electrophysiological examination was impossible because of permanent neuropathy around the shoulder.
