眼表面疾患やコンタクトレンズ装用者において菌叢解析を行うことにより、疾患や疾患の活動性・治療により眼表面に存在する微生物叢に変化があるかどうか検討する。

To investigate the correlation of microbiome and severity of diseases or treatment, we will examine the microbiome of the ocular surface in patients with ocular surface diseases or contact lens wearer.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1) 患者群　
(a)アレルギー性結膜疾患、感染性角結膜炎および非感染性角結膜炎、眼瞼炎（マイボーム腺機能不全を含む）、ドライアイなどの眼表面疾患の患者およびコンタクトレンズ装用者
(b)検体採取について文書による同意が得られた者
(c)年齢・性別・基礎疾患などは問わない。未成年者および判断能力の不十分な成年者については代諾者を設定した。
以上全てを満たすものを患者群と設定した。

(2)対照群　
対照として眼表面疾患を有さない方で、同意を得られた方。

(1) Patients with ocular surface diseases
(a) allergic conjunctival diseases, infectious and non-infectious keratoconjunctivitis, blepharitis including Meibomian gland dysfunction, dry eye or contact lens wearer
(b) Subjects obtained written informed consent

(2) Healthy subjects with written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
