小児心臓手術の際の手術残余検体より、線維芽細胞を分別培養し、それを用いてヒトiPS細胞の誘導法を確立する。

Fibroblasts are separately cultured from surgical residual specimens during pediatric cardiac surgery, and established to induce human iPS cells using them.

得られたヒトiPS細胞から、ゲノム解析、エピゲノム解析、DNAダメージそして心筋細胞等の分化誘導解析を行い、品質評価を行う。加えて疾患とヒトiPS細胞機能との連関を評価する。

Genome analysis, epigenome analysis, DNA damage analysis, differentiation induction analysis into cardiomyocytes and quality evaluation are performed from the human iPS cells. In addition, we evaluate the linkage between disease and human iPS cell function.

小児心臓外科で心臓手術を受けられ、その際に切離破棄される一部胸腺組織（残余検体）が得られ、文書で本研究への同意が得られている患者。

英語
Patients who undergone pediatric cardiac surgery, and be dissected thymus tissue as a residual specimen, and taken written consent to this study.
