主な結果/Results

1. WHO診断基準 I を満たした87症例 (92.6%)のうち,
78症例 (83.0%)は診断基準 I のみを満たしていた。
2. 32症例 (34.0%）に大腸癌の合併を認めた。
3. SPSのWHO診断基準間に大腸癌の局在・深達度・発癌率の差は
　 認めなかった。
4. 治療対象病変切除後,サーベイランス期間中に8症例 (8.5%)10病変の大腸癌を認め，1例に原癌死を認めた。

Eighty-seven patients (92.6%) satisfied the WHO diagnostic criterion I and 16 (17.0%) criterion II. Nine patients (9.6%) simultaneously satisfied criteria I and II. Invasive carcinoma and advanced carcinoma was observed in 21 patients (22.3%), 24 lesions. Of the 21 patients with CRC, 20 patients (95.2%) satisfied diagnostic criterion I, 2 patient (9.5%) diagnostic criterion II, and 1 patient (4.8%) diagnostic criteria I and II.

2018年4月 日本消化器病学会関連研究会消化管ポリポーシス研究会の「大腸SPSの臨床病理学的特徴の解明に関する多施設共同研究 (UMIN 000032138)」参加15施設にアンケートを送付し, SPS症例の集積を行なった。

We investigated the clinicopathological characteristics in patients with SPS accumulated through the "Multicenter Study on clinicopathological characteristics of SPS (UMIN 000032138)" by the Colorectal Serrated Polyposis Syndrome (SPS) Study Group, which was donated by the Japanese Society of Gastroenterology (JSGE). In this study, we diagnosed patients with SPS according to 2019 World Health Organization (WHO) SPS diagnostic criteria.
