・未処置乳頭かつ, 胆道のみにERCPを目的とする症例
・試験参加について十分な説明を受けた後，十分な理解の上，患者本人の自由意思による文書で同意が得られた患者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・急性膵炎合併例　　　　　　　
・術後再建腸管症例（Billroth Ⅱ法，Roux-en-Y法）
・重篤な全身疾患を有して，生命の危険な状態 の症例
・膵管内乳頭粘液性腫瘍の症例
・画像上, 完全な主膵管閉塞が認められる症例
・既に一度本研究に登録されている症例
