選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1) 頸部から腹部食道に未治療または既治療食道癌を有する
2) 根治治療の適応とならない状態と判断される（下記iまたは ii いずれかをみたす）
i) 遠隔転移を有する
ii) 遠隔転移はないが、年齢、全身状態など鑑みて根治治療の適応にならない
3) 20才以上
4) Dysphagia scoreが1以上
5) 試験参加について患者本人から文書で同意が得られている

1) Treated or untreated esophageal cancer
2) No indication for definitive treatment due to distant organ metastasis or poor general condition
3) 20 years old or higher
4) Dysphagia score with 1 or higher
5) Written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 食道亜全摘、全摘術後である
2) 何らかの原因で調査票への回答が困難と判断される症例
3) 担当医判断で3ヶ月以上の余命を見込めない

英語
1) With a history of subtotal or total esophagectomy
2) Difficult to answer the EORTC QLQ-C30 and EORTC QLQ OES18
3) Less than 3 months of life expectancy
