・試験計画書遵守の意思を持ち、参加の同意を得た者
・京都学園大学が主催する体力測定会に参加し、体力測定データの使用に同意を得た者
・経口摂取が可能な者

Those who are willing to observe the protocol and have consented to participation in the study.
Those who have participated in fitness measurement events sponsored by Kyoto Gakuen University and consented to the use of the fitness data for research.
Those capable of oral intake.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
下記のいずれかに該当する人は、対象者から除外する。
・トウガラシにアレルギーがある者
・エネルギー代謝に効果があると報告されている栄養食品を日常的に摂取している者
・体温維持に効果があると報告される栄養食品を日常的に摂取している者
・体力測定5項目から算出した体力年齢スコアが高い者
・BMI 18.5kg/m2未満の者
・外科的障害（骨折・肉離れ）を有している者
・歩行器具を使用している者
・整形外科疾患で医師に運動を制限されている者
・うつ病と診断されたことがある者
・上記以外で試験実施責任者が本試験の対象として不適当と認めた者

Those who meet any of the following criteria are excluded from subjects.
Those allergic to Capsicum
Those regularly taking nutritional foods reported to affect energy metabolism
Those regularly taking nutritional foods reported to be effective for maintaining the body temperature
Those with a high fitness age score calculated from 5 fitness measurement items
Those with a BMI <18.5 kg/m2
Those with a surgical disorder (fracture, torn muscle)
Those using a walking aid
Those instructed to restrict exercise by an orthopedist
Those who have been diagnosed to have depression
Other than the above judged to be inappropriate as subjects by investigators responsible for the study
