主な結果/Results

日本語
音楽療法前後において、P-VASは平均24±21から20±17（p＝0.235）へ、F-VASは平均22±18から16±13（p＝0.117）へ変化し、改善傾向がみられた。血清学的評価としてMMP-3は平均95.7±51.2から85.9±46.0（P＜0.001）へ、TNF-αは平均75.7±155pg/mlから50.0±90.5pg/mlと有意な低下を認め、炎症性サイトカインの低下傾向を認めた。

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

音楽療法前に採血をし、45分の音楽療法を実施し、音楽療法後に再び採血をした。

通常の診療内以外の時間帯での採血から抗体を測定するため診療外で新たな侵襲を伴う。
