当院で予定手術を受ける米国麻酔学会術前状態分類（ASA physical status classification：ASA-PS）でclass 1（手術となる原因以外は健康な患者）、またはclass 2（軽度の全身疾患をもつ患者）に分類される患者

ASA physical status classification (ASA-PS) 1 or 2

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
ASA-PS 3-6（class 3：重度の全身疾患をもつ患者 class 4：生命を脅かすような重度の全身疾患をもつ患者 class 5：手術なしでは生存不可能な瀕死状態の患者 class 6：脳死患者）の患者、緊急手術症例、特殊な挿管（分離肺換気）、頚部の手術既往のある患者、肥満患者（BMI>30）、小児、経食道心エコーを併用する症例
