主な結果/Results

約4-7％の体重増加は、脂肪肝のリスクになる可能性がある。BMIが25kg/m2未満の状態から体重増加による脂肪肝のリスクが存在する可能性がある。しかし、症例が少なく、今後さらなる解析が必要である。

There is a possibility of people with a BMI of less than 25 kg/m2 developing
NAFLD if their weight increases greatly and with a 4-7% bodyweight gain, a normal liver
may change to the NAFLD state. However, our data is insufficient to make a definite conclusion. so further studies are needed.

当院人間ドックを受けたことのある2008年から2016年までの9年間の人間ドック受診者の中から、腹部超音波検査を受けた人のデータを抽出し、そのデータより2年間以上連続で脂肪肝の指摘がなく、加えてその後2年間以上連続して脂肪肝の指摘を受けた人のデータを調べ、NAFLDと思われる人を選別した。その215名の過去の体重変化を追跡調査した。

The participants of our study were people who visited our hospital for a Ningen
Dock-style health check-up from 2008 to 2016 and underwent abdominal ultrasonography(US) as part of it. From the US images in the Ningen Dock data, those double negative for fatty liver for at least 2 consecutive years and then double positive for at least 2 consecutive years were determined. After excluding those with over 20 g of alcohol consumption, those post-pancreaticoduodenectomy and those with hepatitis type B virus or hepatitis type C virus infection, 215 people remained for our study.

当院で健診を受けた腹部超音波検査受診者のデー
タは，2008年から2016年まで合わせて390,707人
年であった．データの不備があった受診者，アル
コール摂取1日20g以上の受診者，B型肝炎・C
型肝炎と考えられる受診者，膵頭十二指腸切除後
の受診者のデータを除き，14,989人分（平均年齢
53.0±6.6歳，男性6,523人，女性8,466人）のデー
タを得た．そのうち，当期間内にエコーで2回以
上連続して脂肪肝の判定がされず，続いて2回以
上連続して脂肪肝の判定を受けた受診者は215人
（平均年齢50.5±7.1歳，男性106人，女性109人）
であった．また，この9年間に毎年受診している
379人（平均年齢53.4歳，男性90人，女性289人）
のうち，「脂肪肝の判定をうけた215人」と年齢と
性を調整した195人（2015年度の平均年齢52.6±
7.1歳，男性90人，女性105人）のデータを対照
群として抽出した.

The participants of our study were people who visited our hospital for a Ningen

215 people remained for our study. We studied their annual changes in bodyweight
and BMI.(Average age 50.5 years, 106 men, 109 women)
In addition, 379 people's data were examined in the last nine years without fatty liver (average age 53.4 years, 90 men, 289 women).
Among them, 195 data were obtained who adjusted sex and age (average age 52.6 years old, 90 men, 105 women) with 215 people's data having fatty liver.
We compared two groups to study annual change of BMI in developing NAFLD.
