摘出された副腎組織を単一細胞に分散させ、アルドステロン産生細胞を抽出する。その抽出細胞をプレートに播種し、一定時間培養した後に培養上清を回収し、アルドステロンを含むステロイドの濃度を測定して、それらがアルドステロン産生細胞であることを確認する。

Discovered adrenal tissue is dispersed in a single cell and aldosterone producing cells are extracted. The extracted cells are seeded on a plate, cultured for a certain period of time, the culture supernatant is collected, and the concentration of steroid containing aldosterone is measured to confirm that they are aldosterone producing cells.

摘出された副腎組織を単一細胞に分散させ、アルドステロン産生細胞を抽出する。その抽出細胞からアルドステロンを含むステロイドの濃度を測定して、それらがアルドステロン産生細胞であることを確認する。
