2016年5月に高齢者糖尿病の治療向上のための日本糖尿病学会と日本老年医学会の合同委員会より発表された「高齢者糖尿病の血糖コントロール目標」について，当院に低血糖で救急搬送され入院を要した症例を調査し，この目標の妥当性について評価検討する．

In May 2016 "Glycemic control target of elderly diabetes mellitus" was announced by the Joint Committee of the Japan Diabetes Society and the Japan Gerontological Society for improving treatment of the elderly diabetes. We evaluate the adequacy of this target from elderly diabetes cases who were hospitalized with hypoglycemia and had to be hospitalized.

当院に2008年1月1日から2014年4月30日までに，低血糖で救急搬送され入院を要した65歳以上の高齢糖尿病患者．

Cases of an elderly diabetes patient aged 65 years or older who was hospitalized with hypoglycemic ambulance from January 1, 2008 to April 30, 2014.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
未成年者を含む65歳未満の症例．認知機能の低下やADL低下が診療録から確認される症例，感染症合併例，悪性腫瘍合併例．

Patients under the age of 65 including minors. Cases in which dementia, ADL decline, complication of infection, and malignant tumor are confirmed from the medical record.
