目的/Objectives

日本語
産後の健常女性を対象に園芸療法による生活介入を実施し、園芸介入がもたらす母親のメンタルヘルスや認知機能に対する効果や介入を受けた母親の子どもへの心理的影響について明らかにし、さらには産後うつ改善に向けた効果的な心理支援方法としての可能性を明らかにすることを目標とする。

We conduct intervention by horticultural therapy for healthy women after childbirth and We will clarify the effects on mental health and cognitive function of mothers caused by horticultural intervention and psychological effects on mothers' children who received intervention. Furthermore, it aims to clarify the possibility as an effective psychological support method for improving postpartum depression.

・本研究への参加に文書で同意した方

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・産後1年以上を過ぎた女性の方
・日本語を母国語としない方
・質問紙を回答するにあたり必要な判断能力を持たない、介入そのものに参加できないなど、研究責任者が不適当と判断した方
・本研究への参加への同意が得られない方

- Japanese is not a native language
- Those who judge that the research director is inappropriate for participation
- Those who can not obtain consent to participate in this study
