横断研究
・2型糖尿病教育入院患者において、入院時ｖｓ退院前の糖尿病知識テストの結果を比較、改善していることを検討する。入院時に施行した糖尿病知識テストに関しては、解答を教示しない。
・2型糖尿病外来患者に対して，糖尿病知識テスト1回目と2回目の級内相関係数を計算。結果が同じであることを検討する。

This is a cross-sectional study.
Inpatients with type 2 diabetes will be administered JDKT twice; on admission and before discharge. Then we will evaluate the improvement of JDKT scores, teaching them diabetes knowledge. When inpatients take JDKT, they will not be taught the answers of JDKT.
Outpatients with type 2 diabetes will also be administered JDKT twice within 8 weeks. Then we will investigate whether they show similar JDKT test scores, without teaching them diabetes knowledge, using intraclass correlation coefficient.
