各育児支援団体が支援を行うにあたり、抱えている課題を明らかにし、育児支援団体のニーズに合わせてカスタマイズできる育児支援プログラム指針を作成し、育児支援団体が自らの支援の質を高めることを目的とする。

供を行う。

主な結果/Results

本研究は、妊娠期からの育児支援プログラムを開発し、育児支援団体が自らの支援の質を高めることを目的とした。
初めに、育児支援団体の研究協力依頼を行い、５つの支援団体から協力が得られた。現在の支援方法の困りごとや今後の希望をヒアリングし、プログラム実施における課題について話し合った。協力団体の支援実施者に研修会を実施した後、本プログラムを実施してもらった。
その後、実施団体でグループ会議を開き、実施時の感想や改善点について話し合い、その意見を基に、プログラムのマニュアル冊子を作成した。

We collaborated with five childcare support groups across Japan.
After conducting a training session for the groups' key service providers, we implemented a new childrearing support program targeting expectant couples.
Group meetings were then held to discuss their impressions of the program and areas for improvement. Based on these discussions, we created a manual booklet for the antenatal
childrearing support program.
