同意書取得後、グループセラピー終了時、終了後6ヵ月に実施する。

This evaluations are conducted at the time of consent of participating in the research, at the end of group therapy, and 6 months after finishing group therapy.

神経性やせ症患者を対象にした、ピアサポーターの加わったグループセラピーに参加する。グループセラピーは、月1回、全18回行う。

治療効果の検討のための対照群は、これまで浜松医科大学精神科に入院治療を受けた後に外来で通常の治療を受けたAN患者（従来治療群）とする。

The control group for examining the therapeutic effect is patients with anorexia nervosa who had received usual inpatient treatment after being hospitalized in the psychiatric department of Hamamatsu University School of Medicine.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
①DSM-5にてAN の診断基準を満たし、浜松医科大学医学部附属病院精神科神経科に入院している者。
②BMIが14以上の者。
③年齢が18歳～50歳の者。
④本研究について本人または代諾者による同意書への署名により同意が取得できた者。

1 Women who meets the diagnostic criteria of anorexia nervosa at DSM - 5 and is hospitalized in the psychiatry neurology department of Hamamatsu University School of Medicine .
2 women whose score of BMI is 14 or more.
3 Those whose age is 18 to 50 years old.
4 With regard to this research, those who were able to obtain consent from the participants themselves or parents etc. by signature.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①AN以外の精神疾患が主体である場合。
②重度の身体合併症がある場合。
③体調が不安定あるいは妊娠している場合。
④重度の希死念慮及び、自殺関連行動が認められる場合。
⑤主治医の判断により研究への参加が不適格とされる場合。

1 When a mental disorder other than Anorexia nervosa is the subject.
2 Cases with severe physical complications.
3 When their physical condition is unstable or pregnant.
4 Severe death idea and suicide related behavior is recognized.
5 In cases where the psychiatric doctor judges that participation in research is inappropriate.
