血糖・HbA1c・グルコアルブミン（GA）、内服やインスリンなどの注射薬、年齢、性別、合併症の程度、血清インスリン、CPR、手術予定による教育入院の有無

２、
高木病院に通院してカルテで検査項目が評価可能な方

1,Diabetic patients who have been hospitalized for diabetes education in Takagi Hospital from January 2008 to December 2017.
2,The people who are able to evaluate the inspection item in a medical record.
3,Diabetic patients who visit Takagi Hospital now.
