本研究の目的は、Coxのクライアントの保健行動相互作用モデル（IMCHB）に基づき開発した、糖尿病性腎症患者の透析予防に向けた教育プログラムの効果や修正点を、パイロットスタディにて確認することである。

The purpose of this research is to confirm the effect and correction points of the educational program for dialysis prevention of diabetic nephropathy patients developed based on the Interaction Model of Client Health Behavior (IMCHB) by a pilot study.

医師が糖尿病透析予防に関する患者教育が必要と認めた外来患者（HbA1c（NGSP値）6.5％以上、腎症2期以上）

Outpatients (HbA1c (NGSP value) of 6.5% or more, nephropathy 2 or more) who recognized doctors needing patient education for diabetes dialysis prevention

重度の糖尿病性網膜症等で視力に障害がある者
認知症がある者
