1) 画像検査で本試験の定義したBR膵癌の定義に合致している
2) 組織診断もしくは細胞診※1で腺癌、または腺扁平上皮癌
3) Performance Status(ECOG)が0、1
4) 2つの遺伝子多型（UGT1A1*6、UGT1A1*28）について、ホモ接合体（UGT1A1*6/*6、UGT1A1*28/*28）、 ダブルヘテロ接合体（UGT1A1*6/*28）のいずれも持たない。
