目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
人工膝関節全置換術(TKA)は、深部静脈血栓症(DVT)発症の高リスクである。人工股関節全置換術の術中および術直後における下腿マッサージと他動的足関節運動により、DVT発生を予防した報告がある。しかし、TKA後患者におけるベッドサイドでの術後当日理学療法によりDVT発生を予防した報告はない。本研究の目的は、TKA術後患者における術後当日PTケア(下肢最大挙上、下腿マッサージ、他動的足関節運動)の効果を明らかにすることである。

Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) carries a high risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
Some studies have reported that the lower leg massage and passive ankle joint movement during and right after surgery of total hip arthroplasty prevents development of DVT. However, there have been no reports that DVT is prevented by physical therapy bedside on the postoperative day after TKA. The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects of PT care [maximum lower limb elevation, lower leg massage and passive ankle joint movement] on the postoperative day after TKA.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

重篤な心疾患・神経疾患を有する
骨関節疾患の手術の既往を有する
術前より抗凝固療法を施行している
術前のD-dimer値が1.0μg/ml以上
術前・術直後にDVTを有する
DVTの既往を有する
認知障害を有する
