選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
リクルート期間中（2018年10月1日から2019年3月31日）に、精神科の主診断をもち、精神科の治療で救急病棟や急性期病棟に入院した患者

Patients with diagnosis of psychiatric disorders who admit to acute psychiatric wards between 1st October, 2018 and 31st March, 2019.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) てんかんなどの精神疾患以外の診断を持つ入院患者
2) 20歳未満および60歳以上の入院患者
3) 特定の目的入院（例：ECTや検査入院、鑑定入院など）
4) すぐに転院が予想される入院患者
5) 退院後に外来治療を入院した精神科病院で受けないと予想される入院患者

1) Inpatients with diagnosis of non-psychiatric disorders (e.g. epilepsy)
2) Inpatients,those aged less than 20 years or greater than 60 years
3) Hospitalisation for particular treatment (e.g. ECT, hospitalisation for medical examination, psychiatric testimony)
4) Inpatients who are expected to immediately change the hospital or department
5) Inpatients who are expected to receive psychiatric treatment outside of participating hospitals or their affiliated medical institutions.
