脂肪肝合併2型糖尿病患者において、内科的治療と比較して、腹腔鏡下スリーブ状胃切除術による脂肪肝改善効果が優れているかどうかを明らかにする。

血液検査および画像検査における肝脂肪化および線維化の変化

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 手術群ではBMI 35kg/m2以上、対照群ではBMI 30kg/m2以上の患者
2) 同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上の患者
3) 病歴、検査などでNASH/NAFLDが疑われる患者
4) 本試験の目的や内容について十分に理解した上で書面により同意した者

1) Patients whose BMI is more than 35 kg/m2 in operative group and more than 30 kg/m2 in control group
2) Patients who are 20-year-old or older
3) Patients suspected NASH/NAFLD
4) Patients who are able to understand the study and willing to provide written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
