退院支援フローチャート導入前後において看護師の退院支援行動や退院支援の知識を調査し、それらが看護師経験年数により変化があるか明らかにすることとフローチャートの退院支援への効果をみること

We investigate whether behavior and knowledge of the discharge support of the nurse improve by flow chart induction.The results find whether there are differences by the yaers of experience nursing.And we determine whether the flow chart is effctive in discharge support.
