(1)初発脳梗塞の患者．
(2)MRI(DWI)により，中大脳動脈穿通枝領域に責任病巣に相当する梗塞巣を認めた患者．
(3)本試験への参加について本人または家族の同意が得られている患

(1)Initial attack of stroke
(2)Infarction in the territory of the perforating arteries of the MCA, which should be defined by MR DW image.
(3)Informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 重度の脳神経疾患・精神疾患や内蔵疾患の既往のある患者
(2) ペースメーカーや冠動脈ステント、人工関節などの体内金属留置患者
(3) 閉所恐怖症
(4)インフォームドコンセントが得られない患者
(5) その他、研究責任医師または研究分担医師が試験参加を困難と判断した者

(2) Metalic implant (pace maker, coronaly stent, artificial joint, etc.)
(3) Claustrophobia
(4) Do not (cannot) concent to this study
(5) Who assessed as not suitable for this study by conducting doctors
