協調運動の評価尺度である「N式幼児協調性評価尺度」（所要時間30分程度）をOTまたはSTの訓練士が実施し評点を付すとともに、そのときの動作の様子を録画する。

1. 愛徳医療福祉センターを初めての受診であること
2. 子どもの年齢が３～５才であること
3. 子どもが保育園または幼稚園に在籍していること
4. 子どもに発達障害の診断がついていること、又はその疑いがあること
5. 母親がお子様の受診に随伴されること
6. 主治医から言語又は作業訓練の指示が出る可能性があること

2. infants aged 3 to 5 years
3. infants in nursery school or kindergarten
4. infants with diagnosed or suspected developmental disorders
5. infants with mothers when atteng a hospital
6. infants to receive an order of occcupational or speech therapy by physician in charge

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 脳性まひや外傷などの著しい運動機能の障害があること
2. その他の子どもや母親の心身の状態から、主治医が本研究への参加に適しないと判断した場合

1. heavy motor dysfunction such as injury or cerebral palsy
2. when physician in charge decide the subjects are not suitable for participating in the study due to their physical or mental problems
